  • Dog trap and large animal trap.
    Suitable for trapping most dogs and other larger animals. Will also trap cats and possums.

    Features:
    • Made from hot dipped galvanised steel, for protection against rust and the elements.
    • Dimensions: 1500mm long, 480mm wide, 530mm high (not including the handles)
    • Weight - approximately 28kg
    • Can be disassembled and flat packed for ease of storage and transportation
    • 2 way activating trip plate
    • Humane live capture
    • Easy to set and use.

    Bait is use to lure the target animal into the trap. The trap is activated by a trip plate at the rear of the trap, causing the trap door to swing closed and lock securely, trapping the dog or animal in the cage.

Whacking great big trap

Put this out on the first night and woke to find all the bait had gone. Probably rats or mice. It's now in the shed being surrounded by small square chicken wire.

One comment that I would make is that the photographic construction instructions aren't as clear as the could be. However, we are DIY veterans so finally worked it out by dint of looking at pictures on line.

Dog Trap

Very robust, and heavily galvanized, like the trigger plate set up for trapping the dog.
So far only caught a cat but it's early days yet
